After 17 years in this field, I am still inspired by the integrity and courage that clients show by even considering an investment in counseling or coaching. The stress of our day-to-day lives can easily swamp the very best of intentions. But there are reliable ways to build better habits and better relationships.
I love helping clients turn-off their inner-critic, embrace the power of mindfulness, and create lives that feel more fulfilling and connected.
I have studied classic psychological techniques as well as those applying the latest neuroscience. I use a blend of methods in my practice to help you interrupt the habits of stress that can make change so difficult. These skills give you the power to live intentionally rather than reactively. And they’re the best antidote to stress, anxiety and unsatisfying or frustrating relationships, that I’ve been able to find.
My training includes neuroplasticity, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies.
I received my Master’s in Applied Psychology from New York University and completed mediation training at the Columbia University School of Law. I have held numerous clinical roles, managed clinical operations for a national EAP, and have advised executives on complex employee-relations concerns at Fortune 1000 companies.
